Maegan helps adults and couples grow and heal in an environment that is warm, caring, and dynamic.
Her approach is heart-centred and holistic, fluidly addressing the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. She is deeply intuitive and compassionate yet also willing to confront distortions in people’s thinking that are keeping them stuck. She believes that we are all moving towards wholeness, and that the problems in our lives are fundamentally drawing our attention to the lessons we need to learn. While a crisis may be a necessary step in the process of becoming more whole, therapy provides understanding and support to help ensure that these crises are useful and positive.
